SOPONTHEGO is operated by JBC Holdings LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect: When you sign in, we receive your email address and name from your authentication provider (Google or email). When you generate SOPs, we store the title, content, and category, and we send the prompt to our AI provider so we can return a generated document. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information directly — we never see or store your full credit card number. We also collect basic technical information necessary to operate the service, including IP address and request timestamps, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it: We use your information to authenticate you, deliver the service you signed up for, generate the SOPs you request, process payments through Stripe, communicate with you about your account and service, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Where it is stored: Your account is stored with Firebase Authentication (Google). Your SOPs are stored locally on your device (in browser storage). Generation prompts are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the request, per their zero-retention API terms. Payment data is stored with Stripe. Backend infrastructure is hosted on Render and Vercel.
Subprocessors: We use the following third parties to operate the service. Each has its own privacy practices:
Data retention: We retain your account and associated data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your authentication record immediately and purge any associated server-side data within 90 days. Stripe retains transaction records as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years). Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.
Your rights: You can export all your data at any time using the "Export all my data" option in your account settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete my account" option. To exercise any other rights, email brad@soponthego.com.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. To exercise these rights, email brad@soponthego.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
European residents (GDPR): If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. Our lawful basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (delivering the service you subscribed to) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Security: We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted authentication tokens, and reputable cloud providers. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies: We use necessary browser storage to keep you signed in and store your SOPs locally. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Children: SOPONTHEGO is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
International transfers: Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our subprocessors operate. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to this policy: We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
